Important Guidelines

Parent Responsibilities and Expectations

Parent-School Communication

Parents seeking information or wishing to make suggestions should contact the Principal. Parents and guardians should not meet students or interview teachers during class hours without prior permission from the Principal. Parents are encouraged to cooperate with the school by ensuring regularity, punctuality, and discipline, monitoring homework, and taking an active interest in their child's progress.

Health & Safety

Medical inspections are conducted once a year. Parents are requested to follow the recommendations of the Medical Officer. Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited inside school premises. Pupils should bring only vegetarian food to school.

Behavior & Discipline

Discourteous behavior by parents, such as shouting at staff or other parents (in person or via phone), may lead to discontinuation of the ward for the following year. Parents must monitor and record their ward's study hours in the Handbook daily. Parents are requested to discourage excessive use of mobile phones, television, or games by their children.

Meetings & Visits

Parents must attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss their child's performance. Parents should dress formally when visiting the school. Apart from scheduled visiting hours, appointments must be made in advance to meet or speak with the Principal. Parents should not call teachers on personal numbers or send messages outside school hours.

Financial & Administrative Guidelines

Parents must avoid any personal financial dealings with teaching or non-teaching staff. School fees can be paid online if parents are unable to visit the school in person. The school strictly adheres to the working days and holidays mentioned in the Handbook. Only government-declared holidays for educational institutions will be observed additionally.
